People drop off gently used clothing items that you take and donate to charity for money.

Advertise a car wash, and ask people if they would like to donate to receive a free car wash. You can just squeegee off their windows, or wash the whole car.

-Rent A Scout

Set a time period, such as two weeks, for the fundraiser. Tell people in your community they can rent youth to do jobs, for a price such as $10 per youth per hour. Make sure you use proper youth protection guidelines.

-Pumpkin Launch

Have volunteers construct a trebuchet big enough to launch pumpkins in. Charge people to have their pumpkins launched, or sell pumpkins for people to launch

|
Rent a movie to show on a projector or big screen. Provide snacks and drinks. You can sell admission or concessions.

-Spaghetti Dinner

We hold an all you can eat spaghetti dinner fundraiser every year. We use the kitchen of our chartered organization and get all the supplies donated by the scouts families or businesses in the local community. We serve spaghetti, garlic bread, salad and drinks for one price. Our scout parents and scouts help do everything from set up to clean up. We also have a local band playing contemporary Christian music during the event and our scouts perform various skits, and display their musical talents as well. During the event we also have a raffle where we sell $1 raffle tickets and raffle off donated items and the Girl Scout troop also holds a bake sale.

-Flamingo Flocking

|
Purchase and place several cheap pink flamingos on people's lawns with contact signs. Provide the option to pay to have the flamingo removed, or pay more to have it moved to another person's lawn. Also provide the option to pay an insurance to prevent the flamingos from being placed on your lawn. Flamingos will also be removed for no charge if the victim wishes.
